Pre-Requisites Objectives
This course is designed for the delegate to understand Kantech EntraPass Global Edition access control software and the KT-400/KT-1 controller’s hardware.  Understand the differences between the three software Editions; Special, Corporate and Global. At the end of the course the delegate should be able to install commission and troubleshoot the hardware and software covered on the course.

Audience
This course is designed for field installation/ service technicians.

Pre-Requisites:

• An understanding of Windows Operating Systems and their file structures commensurate with accreditation standards.
• An understanding of Windows Networking using TCP/IP, their terminology, parameters and connection implications.
• An understanding of basic Access Control.
• A background with handling low voltage electronic devices.
• A+ or N+ or similar Certifications are highly recommended.
