Level 1 technical training is an advanced program of learning for installation engineers who wish to install the main
CDC server and configure AC2000 software. Topics include AC2000 system topology, how to create system users,
time-zones, AC2000 backup and restore practices and much more.

Installation / Support engineers and other professionals involved in software setup and administration.

Pre-Requisites:

• An understanding of Windows Operating Systems and their file structures commensurate with accreditation standards
• An understanding of Windows Networking using TCP/IP, their terminology, parameters and connection implications
• An understanding of basic access control
• A background with handling low voltage electronic devices
• A+ or N+ or similar Certifications are highly recommended
